  • I started doing yoga a few years ago and got bored after about two months because I couldn’t understand what it was all about. I never looked forward to the classes and always assumed that this was not my cup of tea.

    After a few months, I decided to give it another shot. I’m so glad I met Rashmi and started classes with her at that time. She convinces you that yoga is not something you should do, but rather something your body requires. Teaching yoga is not a business for her; it is her passion and dream to spread awareness of yoga through her classes. She not only demonstrates the asanas but also ensures proper body alignment and posture. If an asana is difficult to perform, she will advise you on an alternate method. Her undivided attention to all participants is incredible. Each session is designed to provide you with the maximum possible benefits, from meditation to pranayam to asanas that provide full-body mobility. I’m doing yoga with Rashmi on a regular basis, and I’m having a good time so far.

  • Most of us have been doing Yoga since childhood in some form or the other and we feel we are ok at it. But we seldom realize we have been consistently doing certain moves incorrectly. After I started my Yoga journey with Rashmi, there is a stark difference in the way I have been doing Yoga. In each class she gets the best out of me. Little bit of push in each count, minute corrections, detailing, balance of intense exercise, stretches and pranayams and so much patience. I swear by her Surya Namaskars, they do some magic to your body over a period of time. And the best is she keeps upgrading her skills and applies the same in every class. Her calmness and patience in the sessions are cherry on the top. I really look forward to the sessions and feel guilty for my body if I am unable to attend a class for any reason as I am but answerable to my own self. YOGA is a journey and with each day you will feel fitter and better. On this international yoga day ..I thank Rashmi for bringing this magic to my life.

  • I started my yoga classes with Rashmi about two months ago and I love them . Tuesday &Thursday became my favourite days of the week :))).Rashmi is a great teacher, she always takes time to explain and show each pose first . I am beginner so I need lots of correction and she is very patient to show over and over difficult parts. I also like that during each class I learn and practice some new breathing methods . Rashmi classes are perfectly balance and even after two months I can see difference in my flexibility level. Highly recommend Rashmi Yoga.

  • Have been practicing for a few months now and here’s what I feel about Rashmi Yoga.
    Positives:
    1. Very regular and punctual. It helps maintain a rhythm to one’s practice.
    2. Focus on variations. It ensures that the classes aren’t repetitive or boring.
    3. Good knowledge. It helps if you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing and how does it benefit you.
    4. Good flow of the session. Starting with a prayer and ending with meditation helps in focusing on your mind before you start working on your body.
