Namaste Yogis!!!
I am Rashmi 😊
Â
I am a Yoga practitioner for more than six years with International yoga alliance affiliated certification in Sivananda Yoga (Kerala), Ashtanga Vinyasa Level-2 (Mysore) and Pre and Post-natal Yoga (Rishikesh). I am also a medical Yoga therapist and a Sound Healer.
Â
Passionate, disciplined and hard worker – these three attributes complete define me.
Â
I originally studied Chartered Accountancy and worked with various MNCs for more than 14 years. That’s where, I realised and understood the struggles that a sedentary lifestyle worker goes through. I started yoga practice as a general fitness regime during a short sabbatical from work. Very quickly, I started to experience significant transformation in myself – both physically and mentally. Yoga made me believe that there is no limit to what we can achieve.
Â
I felt an urge to share this blissful, joyful and life transforming experience with the world which led me to pursue yoga teaching leading to the inception of Rashmi Yoga.
Â
My advice to a beginner yogi is that no one is too late or too stiff to start yoga. Keep practicing mindfully with patience and perseverance. You will be amazed to witness the transformation in yourself.
