  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
    1. By accessing or using the Website (www.rashmiyoga.com) and/or participating in any of the offerings (classes/ courses/ workshops) by Rashmi Yoga, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Subscription and Payment
    1. Rashmi Yoga offers various subscription plans including drop-ins, monthly and quarterly plans. Each plan provides a specific number of classes, and a defined validity period. Please choose your subscription plan according to your needs and convenience.
    2. All subscriptions are to be made online via www.rashmiyoga.com.
    3. 100% fee must be paid at the time of subscription. This is applicable to all classes (group or personal), courses and workshops.
  3. Refunds
    1. Fee once paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable. Only in a circumstance, where a course/ class/ workshop is cancelled by Rashmi Yoga due to unavoidable circumstances, fees paid will be refunded in full or pro rata basis, as applicable.
  4. Cancellations
    1. By Students/ Participants
      1. If a student/ participant needs to cancel the entire course/ workshop prior to the starting of the course/ workshop due to unavoidable reasons, the fee paid can be adjusted/ used for any future course/ workshop within six months from the date of purchase, subject to the availability.
      2. No cancellation is applicable in case of ongoing or regular Yoga classes.
    2. By Rashmi Yoga
      1. Rashmi Yoga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class/ course/ workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met.
      2. Students/ participants will be notified of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible.
      3. In the event of a cancellation by Rashmi Yoga, students/ participants will be offered a refund, class credit, or the option to reschedule.
  5. Extension of validity
    1. Each subscription plan comes with a clearly defined validity period. This period has been designed to provide ample flexibility for students.
    2. The classes must be completed within the validity period of the subscription package. Classes not completed within the validity period shall stand lapsed.
    3. In no circumstance, any extension of package will be granted to the students/ participants unless the classes are cancelled and/or not conducted in the absence of teacher.
    4. In the event of the teacher’s non-availability on account of any reason, student subscriptions will be frozen, and the validity of their plans extended accordingly. Students who cannot utilize the extended period due to prior commitments must inform Rashmi Yoga either before or at the time of the freeze announcement. Pro-rated credits for missed classes will be added to their account for future subscription use. Failure to notify within the specified timeframe will result in ineligibility for credits.
    5. Public holidays are predefined, and the list is updated monthly in the ‘Announcement’ section of the website. There will be no freeze or extension for these public holidays.
  6. Personal Classes
    1. The days and timings of the classes are to be discussed and agreed between the student and the teacher prior to the subscription. The purchase should be made within 48 hours of the agreement unless otherwise agreed, post which Rashmi Yoga reserves the right to offer the agreed slot to any other student.
    2. If the student wishes to renew the existing package or avail any other package, he/she can do so within the validity period of the existing package in order to ensure the existing time slot availability, post which the preferred time slot may not be guaranteed.
  7. Trial sessions/ Demo sessions
    1. Free trial classes are only limited to group classes. No free trial class is available in case of personal classes.
    2. Participants/ students keen in personal sessions can choose to book a walk-in session (in any ongoing group class) or a single personal session, if required. Also, they have an option to watch the tutorial videos available on social media or you tube to experience the teaching style.
    3. If a participant/ student chooses to go for a longer subscription plan after attending a drop in session, the fee for drop in session can be adjusted to the longer subscription plan, at the discretion of Rashmi Yoga
  8. Marketing, promotion and recording of classes
    1. Photos/ videos clips from the classes may be used for digital promotion. We respect each person’s privacy and hence if anyone has any objection to be captured, please inform at the time of registration itself.
    2. Recording of the class by participants/ students without prior permission is not allowed.
  9. Code of conduct
    1. Treat everyone with kindness, respect, and consideration. Avoid any discriminatory behavior, harassment and negative talks.
    2. Participants/ students are expected to arrive/ log in a little before class time. If no student turns up or logs in within ten minutes of the start timing, the class shall stand cancelled.
    3. In case of late arrival, please enter quietly and settle mindfully without any distraction to the fellow practitioners.
    4. Mobile phones and electronic devices should be silenced or turned off during classes.
    5. Dress appropriately and comfortably.
    6. Do not speak during class, unless invited by the teacher. If you have a question, please wait until the class is over. Avoid asking questions while others are holding any asana or pose, as it may disturb their focus.
    7. In case of online classes:
      1. Keep your microphone muted when not speaking to minimize background noise.
      2. Use video when possible, to create a more interactive experience.
      3. Ensure that you have necessary technical requirements, including internet connectivity and compatible devices, to access online classes.
      4. If you wish to ask questions or give feedback, use the chat box. Questions will be addressed either during cool-down or after class.
    8. Rashmi Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to the its code of conduct.
  10. Health and Safety Guidelines
    1. Always consult your doctor or qualified health professional on any matters regarding your health and before starting an exercise program including Yoga.
    2. If you have any medical condition (including but not limited to injuries, heart problems, back or neck problems, asthma, epilepsy, ulcer, hernia, high blood pressure, and so on), you may practice Yoga only after approval from your doctor or medical professional. Rashmi Yoga shall also be informed of such condition immediately.
    3. Students/participants are responsible for their own well-being during the class and are advised to practice at their own pace, understanding their limitations.
    4. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you agree to listen to your body, adjust the posture or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice Yoga.
    5. We are not medical professionals and we will not ever diagnose a medical condition and you should always seek advice from a medical professional if you are concerned about you with respect to Yoga practice.
    6. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. You assume the foregoing risks and accept full responsibility for any injuries caused during the practice and discharge and hold harmless Rashmi Yoga from any claim, cause of action or liability for damages arising from any such injury.
  11. Intellectual Property
    1. All intellectual property, including class content, logos, and trademarks, belongs to Rashmi Yoga.
    2. Students/ participants are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing class content without permission.
  12. Modification of Terms
    1. Rashmi Yoga may modify these terms and conditions at any time.
    2. Continued use of Rashmi Yoga’s services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
